Self-esteem on the other hand, is how you value yourself. It's about recognizing your worth and believing in your ability to achieve your goals and overcome challenges. 💪
Both self-acceptance and self-esteem are integral parts of your BEING.

You may have heard of neuroplasticity before! But what exactly is it and what does it mean?
Understanding the phenomenon of neuroscience, known as neuroplasticity; means you have the power to rewire your brain by creating new neural pathways through your thoughts, experiences, and behaviours.
Think of your brain as a garden. 🌷 With the right care and attention, you can get rid of the weeds, then cultivate new neural pathways which are like replacing the weeds by planting new seeds, that with the right care and attention will flourish into positive transformational change. 🌱
By understanding neuroplasticity you can intentionally shape your brain and create new positive changes in your life. This is where Self-mastery, Self-awareness and Self-reflection comes in!
