Coachee Contracting Terms

Using our services encompasses an understanding for aspects of a Coach to coachee (client) relationship which are highlighted in the bullet points below. This list is an overview of some basic points of Coachee-Contracting and is not exhaustive. You are asked and required to review all points prior to commencing with coachio® services and Self-Mastery coaching programmes:

You agree and confirm you have read all related Codes & Terms of service prior to purchase.
You agree and confirm you will be punctual for the service and that you will ensure adequate time in being undisturbed for the duration of the service(s) you purchase.
You agree and understand you are responsible for your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing throughout the use of a service and it's associated materials during and beyond the service duration.
You agree and understand coaching services involve a comprehensive process that may cover all areas of your life.
You give coachio® and its coaches permission to challenge you directly; understanding and accepting that for your own self-exploration and personal growth, this is required from time to time.
You acknowledge, accept and understand that deciding how to confront any personal challenges by incorporating tools, techniques or actions presented or resulting from the use of our services and its associated material is exclusively your responsibility and your decision.
You understand and accept coaching-services do not involve the diagnosis or treatment of medical or mental disorders.
You understand that coaching-services are not a substitute for clinical or medical care, such as counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or for substance-abuse treatment; and you confirm you will not use coachio® in place of any form of diagnosis, treatment or therapy.
You acknowledge and understand that if you are currently in therapy or otherwise under the care of a mental health professional, that coachio® strongly advise you not to utilise coachio® products and services without the prior written consent and validation from the professional whose care you are under.
If you are in any doubt we recommend you seek consultation from a secondary, more senior mental health-care professional to obtain such consent and validation.
You further accept and understand that coachio® cannot be held liable for non-disclosure of such information from you to us, relevant to your mental-health or medical conditions.
You understand and accept that use of coachio® services are not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business, professional, spiritual or other qualified professionals.
You confirm and warrant you will seek independent professional guidance for any of these matters if required as a result of service participation.
You understand that certain anonymised service data may be shared internally with third-party coaching professionals for coaching-consultation as part of coaching supervision, and as part of the ongoing coachio® coaching-development process.
You acknowledge, accept and confirm you have read and accepted these Terms in full alongside coachio®s Website Terms, Privacy Policy and Code of Ethics, with regard to; but not limited to our use of your personal information.
