Anxiety: An Introduction

Do you ever feel like worry is weighing you down? 😔

Like your mind is a hamster wheel of "what ifs" and worst-case scenarios?

You're not alone. Anxiety is a common experience, and it's something we all face from time to time.

  • Social Anxiety Disorder: Intense fear of social situations and scrutiny from others. 😰

  • Panic Disorder: Recurring panic attacks, which are sudden episodes of intense fear accompanied by physical symptoms like a racing heart, sweating, and difficulty breathing. 😨

  • Specific Phobias: Intense fear of specific objects or situations, such as spiders, heights, or flying. 🕷️✈️
